Peter has over 20 years experience in the laundry sector including 15 in his current role. He has overseen the development of PLS from start-up to its current position, and has been directly involved in delivering a high quality laundry service to the public and private sector. Peter has a BA (hons) in Business Economics and a Masters in Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School. He is also the current Chairman of the Textile Services Association (Scottish Area Committee).
Steven has over 12 years experience in the laundry sector including 10 years in his current role. He has overseen the Customer Services & Sales development of PLS from a £1 million turnover to its current position. He has for the last 12 months taken on the responsibility of heading up the Logistics Team managing 19 drivers, and a fleet of 10 vehicles. Prior to his involvement with PLS, Steven worked in sales in the hospitality sector up to hotel General Manager level.
Jacek has over 10 years experience in the laundry sector including 6 in his current role. He has been an integral part of the development of PLS to its current position. Jacek has a HND in Leadership and Management and successfully completed TSA Supervisory Course, TSA Management Course and was a recipient of a scholarship granted by Worshipful Company of Launderers to explore the German Laundry Industry.

Mildred joined PLS in 2015. She comes with a diverse skill-set with over 12 years of experience in Operations and Customer Services with a background in Software Development and Business Consultancy. Since joining the company, she has been actively involved in evolving internal processes in order to achieve the highest level of customer engagement and satisfaction.

Our team is highly dedicated and enthusiastic with the focus of providing customers with the highest quality linen with the use of efficient, state of the art equipment. We go the extra mile to provide excellent service and a top quality product.
The Transport Team
Our fleet is run safely, efficiently and in an environmentally sound manner, with GPS tracking. Deliveries are monitored by our service teams with real-time information ensuring we deliver on time every time no matter the time of year.

Technology is a huge part of the modern laundry environment and at PLS we invest significantly each year in maintaining and upgrading our processing equipment. Our Maintenance Team are key to the daily operation of the laundry, bringing a wealth of experience and a multi-skilled approach to the daily challenges of keeping all our equipment running smoothly in a fast paced and often highly demanding environment.
